Spondylosis is the result of chronic spinal issues and misalignments left uncorrected. Over time, this injury causes mechanical stress to the disc, vertebrae, nerve of the affected area and leads to pre-mature degeneration.
This weakens the spine and causes disc to “slip” and bone spurs to form.
